Educational Qualification & Experience
For CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
- Graduate in Agriculture / Agriculture Marketing / Agri-business Management / BBA or equivalent
- Locally available professionals with 10+2 and diploma in agriculture related fields may be preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with farmers at grass root level
For Accountant
- 10+2 with Mathematics OR Commerce / Accountancy background
- Knowledge of accounting software like Tally is mandatory
- Minimum 1+ years experience in accounting and financial transactions
