- Section Officer: Retired Section Officer/SRA with drafting and establishment knowledge.
- Revenue Inspector: Retired Revenue Supervisor/RI/ARI with field experience.
- Amin: Retired Amin or Amin Certificate holder with land survey experience.
- Chainman: Experience in survey field work.
- Process Server: M.E. standard pass with knowledge of Odia language.
